Hi! I'm Khristina-with-a-K-H...
Hi there! I am so honored to welcome you to my little corner of the Internet. When I was 23, I pressed the reset button on my life. I moved to almost 900 miles away from everything I had and everyone I knew to start a new life in Tennessee. Why? Because I was obeying what God spoke to me deep within my heart. I am constantly and ungracefully living out Psalm 119:25 "My soul clings to the dust. Revive me according to Your Word." But His grace covers me, and makes my life more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined it for myself. Following God’s direction is quite possibly the most difficult but most rewarding thing you can ever do. Things I've done in Tennessee:
|
I grew up in Upstate New York (New York State, not New York City. I’ve actually only been to New York City once in my life even though I lived about 6 hours away.) Things I miss from NYS: Wegmans, Buffalo sauce, how much easier it was to be a vegan, and my amazing family.
People endearingly call me a “Yankee Transplant”—or, at least I think they endearingly do. ;-) I stick out like a sore thumb here, but my Southern-born-and-raise-husband is teaching me to learn to love my new Southern stomping grounds.
If you are curious about following my crazy messy journey through life, want encouragement & positivity, like crafty things, or want help navigating what it means to have faith, you’re invited in. Welcome! I hope you enjoy! <3
