Oh boy! I'm in over my head!
I have to be completely honest, over the past 11 months of working toward making myself healthy, I have yet to follow a suggested meal plan perfectly.
I have weaknesses too, and have failed with nutrition EVERY TIME!!
But it's okay, because I've "failed forward." I still lost 26 pounds, and 4 pant sizes! (#thankyouShakeology😉)
But this time, I'm challenging myself to follow the nutrition plan completely. I might fail again, but I'm going to go for it!! And I'm going to share my experience with the 22 Minute Hard Corps nutrition guide starting April 4th.
So I was up early this morning doing a little extra meal planning before I go to work. After work, I'm going shopping for groceries.
